Peninsular Paper Company Building Renovation

For this studio project, students were given the site of the abandoned Peninsular Paper Company hydro power plant in Ypsilanti, MI. The goal of the project was to renovate the abandoned building and turn it into a mixed use event space with a cafe, auditorium and gallery.
